House rules

• No smoking
• Smoking in the house is prohibited. Please smoke outside.
• Responsibilities
• Turn off the lights and the AC when you don’t need them. Thank you!
• Keep it Clean
• Before checking out, please clean up after yourself. Please take care of dirty dishes and bring out your trash following our instructions.
• Respect Quiet Times
• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in outdoor spaces.
• No parties
• No parties allowed.
• No guests
• Only confirmed guests are allowed. Notify the host if you’d like to add additional guests.
• Damage
• Please report any damage or malfunction to the host so we can repair the damaged item.
• Check-out time
• Check out is by 10:00am. Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability.

Instructions

• In case of power outage
• Contact house host.
• Induction stove
• The induction stove will only work when a compatible pot or pan is placed on top. Make sure your cookware is induction-friendly and has a flat bottom.
• Air conditioning
• Use the AC split in the room to cool the entire apartment. Please turn it off when leaving. The apartment cools quickly.
• Water conservation
• The shower features water-saving filters to help reduce waste during Italy’s droughts. Use responsibly.
• Garbage disposal
• Exit the house and go left, cross the street, and you’ll find the bins on your right. To open the general waste bin ("indifferenziata"), use the card in the cutlery drawer in the kitchen. Please sort your garbage properly (plastic, paper, glass, organic, general). Do not leave trash inside the building. If minimal, you may leave it inside for the cleaner.
• Check-out reminder
• Before locking the keys inside the house, make sure to open the external courtyard gate. There is no internal button, and you could get locked inside the courtyard.
• Parking
• You can park in blue-lined spaces (paid from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, free on Sundays). Use the EasyPark app or street machines to pay. Alternatively, park at the nearby train station just minutes away.
